Brought up in Edinburgh, my home is now the stunning city of Rio de Janeiro with my gorgeous Brazilian husband. I thrive on the beauty of this city, with its mountains, infamous beaches and laidback but buzzing lifestyle. This is where my connection with the Universe and the angels has deepened and strengthened. Morning walks along the surf's edge are when the angels reach out and I feel completely at one with the Universe and all that is.
My path into spirituality and healing started as a reflexology student in 2001 in the UK. This led me to discovering an innate gift for healing and over the last few years I have been mentored by the world famous Chris Stormer-Fryer. I find it hugely fulfilling to share workshops showing how the powerful light touch techniques of Universal reflexology are a catalyst for sole/soul healing. I am also an Usui Reiki Master and teacher and Melody LIITE practitioner of crystal healing and run a practice in the Copacabana and Barra areas of Rio.
Somewhere along this amazing journey, a love and gift for writing came to the fore, although I don't see the words as my own. Divinely guided, the energy and emotion shared through these written words, inspires insights and healing for mind, body and soul. My vision is simple: to help people discover their inner true being.

Jo Beth Young
Jo Beth lives on the west coast of Ireland and is the artist behind the original Angel Rock Press angel cards. Her art is described as Soul Painting and she sees it as her job to 'get out of the way' so that the healing can come through from the angels she is painting.
She uses a mixture of mediums including gouache and digital, and she delights in learning new techniques. In her art she uses sources of sacred waters and lays the paintings to dry with crystals. She has exhibited in Ireland and the UK and has painted commissions for magazines, posters and cards.
Jo Beth is also a musician, songwriter, professional singer and sound therapist.
